Consider attending an Al-Anon meeting where you can get more information and speak with a member of the program. Our meetings are run on the principles of anonymity and confidentiality. There are no dues or fees to attend a meeting.

Facts
Currently, there are 230 active Al-Anon (and Alateen) meetings in the Houston and surrounding area alone, with an estimated 1500 active members.  45 meetings are held in Spanish, and there are approximately 10 active Alateen meetings - Alateen is for young people.
